Thanks to The Performer's Academy and Actor's Forum - Alisha got an agent!!!
Youth Talent Connection - Heather Baldwin
We are very excited!
Thank you,
Stacy Sweeting
This weekend at the Performer's Academy was AWESOME! Yesterday was the screening of Jeff and Vince's film Trouble in School and it turned out sooooo good!!! All our kids shined and the editing (Thank you, Musetta!!!) was amazing! The story line was interesting and intriguing! It just all worked! Each of our kids were spotlighted and will have good reels from this.
Everyone should get in on this next time. Thank you so much for taking your school to this level, it is really to the learning actor's benefit!
Second, Actor's Forum.... It was great this year. I am so impressed with the amount of information we got and with the pool of professionals our kids got to audition for. I mean, where else can you do this???? 6 agents and 6 casting directors just waiting for our kids to show them what they can do?!!
Jeff, Musetta, Brent, Rob, Vince and Natalie...... thank you for all your knowledge and for being entertaining (we didn't fall asleep once!). Home RUN this year... Can't wait to be a part of what is next.
Sincerely,
Stephanie
Thanks for the performers academy always being so great at responding to questions, concerns, emails! You guys are really responsive as a company and on top of things. That is terrific!
Lisa Richmond
Natalie,
Thank you so much for allowing me to have a casting session at the Performer's Academy on Saturday. I was really impressed by all the talented actors. The improvement by several of the actors I've worked with in the past was quite remarkable. I give a lot of credit to you and the exceptional teachers at The Performer's Academy for getting the actors prepared for the audition process.
I've been able to place numerous actors from your school in my films. The students have always been professional and a pleasure to work with.
I look forward to having a long and prosperous working relationship with you and The Performer's Academy. Please tell the students to keep up the hard work and good things will happen.
Sincerely,
Brent Huff ~ "Cat City", "Welcome to Paradise", "Hundred Mile Rule"
Dear Natalie,
Chatelaine began attending classes at the academy just two months ago, and I just wanted to write to let you know how much the classes have helped her confidence level.
Although Chatelaine has wanted to be an actor and model since she could speak, when it came to actually carrying on a conversation with an adult she didn't know, even with one of us present, she had the hardest time and was quite tongue-tied. Well, after just the first couple of classes we could see the difference in her confidence level. We've been so pleased.
At school, the mother helpers have noticed, as well as her principal, and in our congregation, several people have remarked on how she's "coming out of her shell". We are just so happy!!!
Again, thank you & your teachers for all you've done there at the school! We look forward to continuing our journey with you next school year!
Sincerely,
Bryan, BethEileen & Chatelaine Lambert
Good Afternoon Natalie ~
I've been meaning to write since Amy's class last Monday to tell you how excited she is about having the opportunity to be taught by Musetta. Amy loved her class and is looking forward to getting her acting "career" underway. I can't thank you enough for all the opportunites and direction your academy offers to those of us that truly didn't even know where to begin.
Amy and I look forward to a successful and thriving relationship!
Take Care ~ Julie Vazquez
Dear Natalie,
Thank you for keeping us parents updated and informed. My daughter Tayla is signed up to start classes in April and I am really feeling comfortable with going with your academy!
Thanks again ... Cindy Van Rooyen
Here I go again, but I can't help it,
I am really excited about your plans at the school, they are amazing and we are so glad to be associated with you. It really makes a difference that you are working on projects that help kids succeed, it is clear the school is more than a business. The way you are running things everybody who works hard wins, child and the school. My child tells me wonderful things about her classes and teachers regularly unsolicited. Children know the difference between sincere effort and just a place trying to make dollars. My daughter loves your school. She changes weekly as an actress for the better because of you and I only wish we lived around the corner from the school. When she finally looks for an agent in a few months, she will be ready to wow them. Her teachers have instilled in them amazing acting techniques and she soaked it all up like a sponge. I thank goodness that I sent her to you and not just to her high school at Or. Cty. HS of the Arts. Your school has become her special place where she can grow without the competition at her own h.s.school's conservatory.
Thanks, Lucy
Natalie,
I told you that I booked a Wal-Mart commercial. Well, They called me back and booked me for a second one. The first one I did earned me my SAG eligibility and helped me achieve my goal of booking a commercial and earning my SAG eligibility before I turned 40. The funny part about the whole thing is that we finished filming the second one on my 40th birthday. It was shot overnight so at midnight everyone said happy birthday to me and at 2 in the morning when we were having dinner gifts were brought in and everyone sang Happy Birthday! It was the start of a wonderful day and I have to say thank you to The Performer's Academy because without you, I would never have been picked up by and agent and had the opportunity to fulfill my goal. So hats off to you and your staff! Keep on doing what you are doing and helping Orange County aspiring actors and actresses fulfull their dreams!
Cynthia
Hi Natalie.
Kaelyn shot the Hallmark Channel "Vignette" for Kraft salad dressing yesterday. She had so much fun!!! All the people on the set kept commenting on how professional she was and how well she took direction (and never complained that it was about 110 degrees on the set). At the end of the shoot (all 9 1/2 hours) she was given a standing ovation buy the crew. It was so awesome!
I know her professionalism and acting ability is because of the teachers at your school. She just seemed to know what to do even though she has never done it before. She went onto the set confident and ready to work. Because of Jeff and Brent she knew how to take direction and not let any critiques bother her. She had a wonderful time!
I appreciate all that you have done for her. She can't wait to get back to class!
Thank you!
Stephanie Lustig
Hi Natalie,
The Performers Academy is wonderful. The classes are great. My children are more confident and I have seen real, positive growth.
Without you, we would never have been exposed to agents. We met several as a result of your Actors Forum in April. Both Alec and Callie are now with Diverse Talent Group and we could not be happier! Alec shot two national commercials this summer -- one for Pokemon and the other for MadBalls. Piketon will begin airing in September and MadBalls is now in Australia and the U.K. and will air in the U.S. in March of 2008. And, Callie is on her way with several call-backs for national commercials as well. This experience has been very exciting for our family as well as a real learning opportunity.
Thank you for all your guidance and support! We appreciate it!

Hey miss Nat! Just wanted to thank you, again! Because of The Performer's Academy we are all having a ball with Spencer working on "Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader?"!!
We even went to a real red carpet shin dig last Thursday night!! It was a red carpet event for American Idol and they invited the class from the show. On Friday he was on Access Hollywood and on Thursday the new month's issue of People magazine came out with him in it!!(page 99) See what I mean about having a ball? FOX has agreed to pick it up, so Spence starts filming again this month. We're all taking thisin for what it is, which is of course fantastic, but also just a moment in time & trying to remember it's not forever and just enjoy it while it's here. Anyway, because of your classes and your abilityto draw in talent agencies we are fortunate enough to have these moments. THANK YOU!! ;) I'll send over some pics for kicks. Hopeall is well with you!
Take care, Danielle ;)
Congrats...Booked a Big Commercial:
Not only does Noah love to drink milk, we just found out he booked the SAG principal role for 2 national commercials for, "GOT MILK" that will air for 21 months. Can you believe it, we are so it excited for him. We just got the call from his agent who was so pumped, he has wardrobe today and Monday and will film next Tuesday - Saturday. Thank you for being a part of our lives!
Gregory and Kymbry Munck
Natalie: I can't tell you how happy I am to have found your school. For years, my kids have wanted to be in the "business", however, I had no clue how to get them involved. I am a great skeptic and was afraid of sending out photos to "just anybody" and not really knowing where those photos might end up. When PG sent me to you, I was impressed to know that you are a parent, like me, who went to the "school of hard knocks" and took your "lumps" for all of us. Thanks for everything. My kids love Jeff and his advanced acting class!! Hopefully soon, we will share some of the successes of other students at the Performer's Academy. See you soon, Noreen Hi Natalie, You've really created a successful situation!!! You are amazing!! You have so many contacts and help these kids so much. I wanted to say thank-you as well. Sara went to her call back at Angel City and was signed!!! She's very excited. Thanks for all that you do!!!
Jean Mc'Farland
(High School Musical) Natalie, That production of High School Musical was awesome and I was blown away!! I didn't even have a kid in it and I got teary when they took their bows. I am so glad I signed Kaelyn up for the next production! She is so excited to be a part of it. Good job Tisha! I also thank you for all the professional acting classes, Kaelyn is thriving in her classes and we have seen it spill over into her schoolwork. She has been getting the highest praise and grades on her oral reports and her poetry recitations. Not to mention her overall grades are amazing and she budgets her time for homework so she can attend your classes. She has become more outgoing and extremely entertaining since going to your school. Thank You and Your Staff,
Stephanie Lustig
Natalie : It was a blast last night, our whole group couldn't be more impressed.
Deborah Parham
Natalie: Hello and Thank you again, every time I see you, you amaze me with your kindness! Thank you for what you did for Kasie tonight! She has been on the phone telling friends about the show she is so excited!!!! You gave my daughter something tonight that will never be forgotten..Confidence.
Cindy
Natalie: Last night was a slam dunk!!!!!!!! It was thrilling……… I will never forget how I felt being there. It was exhilarating.
Susan Espenshied
The Performer's Academy is not just about acting, modeling, or learning lines. It's about revealing to a young person that being creative is an admirable trait. So often children--of all ages--are told only what they "can't" do. Here, at this Academy, they are only told what they "can" do. Self- esteem, self-worth and having a sense of value are priceless. Besides having fun and stretching their creative wings, all children and young people who attend these classes only benefit from having such positive experiences. I feel fortunate to have both my children enrolled in such a wonderful program.
Cindy Goldeberg - Laguna Niguel
Hey Natalie, last night was pretty fun. . Last night went really well I thought everybody did an awsome job in the show. You did an awsome job bringing everybody there. Without you there would be no show.
Robbie Moore
Hi Natalie,
I just wanted to express my sincerest thanks to the Performer's Academy, to Tisha, Staci, and Gillian for the wonderful and awesome job you did for CAST A of High School Musical. I didn't see cast B but I'm sure they were awesome, too!
I enrolled my son, Simon Orbe (Chad) to this school so he can overcome his shyness. I also didn't want him to become like me - a nervous wreck in front of an audience. We auditioned for this musical hoping to get a little experience only-you know, see how it's like. We didn't care if he was just one of the extras. Simon only auditioned to be one of the braniacs or skater dudes. But guess what? He got to be Chad! I figured OK, let's go with it just for fun.
But when I watched Simon on stage tonight, I was so proud! He has come a long way!!! He was actually acting and singing and dancing...on stage! In front of 400 people! He was not shy at all and he didn't forget his lines! He was even funny too! He is only 7 now, but I think with more training from this school coupled with exposures like this, he can be WAY better. Daniel Prolo is 10 and he is an inspiration.
I was with cast A during the last 2 weeks of rehearsals - yes I stayed in every single one of them, watching the children rehearse. I have seen how tough Tisha's, Staci's, and Gillian's jobs are - dealing with young kids. I just cringe. But man did they really pull it together! They have the patience of saints! They really did it!!!
Once again, I thank You, your staff, and the Performer's Academy for everything that you have done for Simon. For the dramatic progress in his attitude and social well being.
Kudos! And More Power!!!
Grateful Parents,
Annette and Jun Orbe
THANK YOU, THANK YOU Natalie for what you do and for your passion. We love your school, the staff, the teachers and classes. We just returned from IMTA and had a wonderful time. Thank you for allowing Lauren the opportunity to represent your school and show her stuff! We are grateful and look forward to the journey. Respectfully,
Michelle Wess
Natalie, Without our introduction to Performer's Academy our kids would not be doing what they are doing now! Thank you for providing opportunities to connect with people in Hollywood, our agent is amazing and we met her through you! I wanted to let you now that Noah Munck is now a part of SAG, for his guest starring role on CW's "All of Us" which is in its 4th season, it airs on Monday Nights at 8:30pm. It is a show created, and produced by Will Smith and his wife Jada about their own life experiences in Hollywood. Noah filmed in front of 150 extra's and backgrounders last Wednesday 11/8/06, he played a football player that makes fun of the kid, "Bobby" in the show, Noah was part of the cast of the episode and was treated like a star, he had a blast! It will air in January.. Thank you for loving my kids,
Gregory and Kymbry Munck
Hi Natalie Just to let you know that my daughter Hayley Brown just signed with Tracy at LA Talent/Models and wanted to thank you for the information she has so far learned from Performer Academy. She will be continuing to come to classes to get better and hopefully this will work out for her.

Natalie: I can't tell you how happy I am to have found your school. For years, my kids have wanted to be in the "business", however, I had no clue how to get them involved. I am a great skeptic and was afraid of sending out photos to "just anybody" and not really knowing where those photos might end up. When I was referred to you, I was impressed to know that you are a parent, like me, who went to the "school of hard knocks" and took your "lumps" for all of us. Thanks for everything. My kids love Jeff and his advanced acting class!! Hopefully soon, we will share some of the successes of other students at the Performer's Academy. See you soon,

Natalie, Thanks for your emails...as always. I really enjoy being kept up on the successes of the students and staff at your school. It is amazing to hear of all of the talent represented. You have a very special school. It is such a neat community. I am so glad that we happened upon it and have made it a part of our lives. On another note, Devyn met with Heather Baldwin today in Tustin and has signed on with Youth Talent Connection. She is so excited! Thank you for all of the preparation...getting ready for agent interviews, audition techniques, and wonderful teachers. She couldn't have done it without you guys. Thanks again!

As I'm reading your e-mail, Brand Model and Talent literally just called me and they want to sign my daughter "Ali" for Commercial and Print! Thank you for having them come to your school and preparing Ali for these auditions. She would not be the confident girl she is today to make her dreams come true if we had not come to your school.
Ali will be seen on the last episode of "Charmed", I don't know date yet, but the episode is called FOREVER CHARMED. Here is Ali and Alyssa Milano! Ali was a true professional thanks to acting classes. She knew what to do and enjoyed it tremendously once she got on the set. She definately wants to do this again. Also some still pictures were taken of her where they will be I think shown at the end of the show. Ali is in a group picture wearing a red dress with white polka dots at a birthday party with her cousins and they took some of her by herself in a light blue shirt. FYI, Hope you can all watch.
Alyssa Milano, Star of Charmed
Thank you again,
Liz Larabell
I just wanted to say Thank You for the audition on Saturday. I have heard so many horror stories about how auditions can go (in general not necessarily at your school). Saturday's experience was nothing of the sort. We were in and out of there in about 30 minutes despite the numbers that were there to audition. Please thank your front office staff for their friendliness and organization of the process. We look forward to having our meeting with you.
Regards,
Dy Ann Parham
Natalie, I gotta tell ya, I am so happy that I decided to attend your school. I love Jeff's class and all the other actors in it. When I am in between gigs it is so great to have a place to go to that keeps the craft alive. Having been a teacher myself I recognize how caring and truly interested Jeff is in helping people go farther, it is really a joy to be around someone like that. You have done a great job of building your school.
Kathleen Ammermuller - Student in Adult Program
I am so excited about all of the wonderful things you are offering at the Performer's Academy these days. My family is absolutely loving it! We have been spreading the word about the school, so don't be surprised if a flood of new students come in that are 'friends of the Muncks'. I just wanted to tell you thanks for all you do and let you know that we won't be going anywhere anytime soon!
Thanks,
Kymbry Munck
I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful school you have created!!! My daughter Taylor went to her first calss with Rudy 1:00 to 3:00 and SHE LOVED IT! She thinks Rudy is awesome! Actually when we left on Saturday she said she wishes your school was a house because she would live there!!!
As with most new students and their parents, you know most of us are all new to this entertainment industry concept and I trully appreciate your time and your staffs time to answer any and all questions we have, and for not making us feel that we are wasting your time. I am so thankful that my daughter is enrolled in your school! She looks forward to Saturdays and does not want the day to end!
Thanks again for the attention you give, the love of what you do, and the desire to have kids have fun!
Sincerely,
Jeri Smeltzer
Congratulations on the growth of your school. I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your wonderful staff for helping Audrey get started. We are so grateful to you and your school for all of your guidance. We miss all of you so much and Audrey wanted me to make sure to say goodbye untill she from Europe. Thanks again for all that the Performer's Academy did for Audrey. Sometimes we get so busy with our lives that we forget to reflect and thank those who are so instrumental in our lives. Again, Thank you for everything. Audrey was so happy to see all of you. She can't wait to come back and share her adventures with all of you, the best kept school in Orange County! God Bless,
Leticia Hewko

I just wanted to tell you again how very happy we are to be a part of the Performer's Academy! Not only is the school such a fun place to be.. Natalie and Samantha are so great and make everyone feel so at home, and make everyone feel so at home, and that sets you apart from all the rest!
Mitzi Lazarus
Just a thank you for facilitating this great experience for Lizzi (and all the other students) in Brent's movie. It truly was a very special experience. She had a great time and learned so much from it. Opportunities like these make the Performer's Academy a unique and valuable addition to the Orange County arts scene. How fortunate we are to have access to people like Brent.
Again, thanks.
Sharon Mulé
The very best thing about The Performer’s Academy and the thing we all like the most is without a doubt, the PEOPLE! The staff of quality and caring individuals with a vast array of experience to share is incredible. Each one of the teachers makes a special impact on the students, and we have come to feel at home in the environment of the Academy, as if it was our special place to spend some quality time and learn something new about ourselves and our place in the world.
Thanks for everything.
Jan Barker
I have intended to send this long over due email for some time. I wanted to let you know what a wonderful job I think you have been doing with The Performer’s Academy. It has been quite a change from JRP!! The classes are more diverse and interesting and all the instructors are incredible! Scott especially has always been such a great help through it all. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.
April Hoffman
My daughter has wanted to perform since she was able to crawl. When I saw how determined she was, I looked up schools on the Internet that were near my house. I went to The Performer’s Academy and heard you speak and felt that you really knew the business. I wanted a parent’s perspective and you were able to give that. I love the teachers, who are all excellent. I also like the variety of scheduling choices. Finally, being able to see agents on site is a real plus.

Dear Performer's Academy,
Hi. This is Debbie Hlava. My son is enrolled at the school and has done very well in the industry thus far. Scott Zanio had asked me to keep him posted on Cole's work, so I always call him when he gets something. Cole just started with his agent (Colleen Cler) last August and has gotten three jobs (a commercial and two print jobs), and was on hold for two others - I figure, not bad for ten months! Anyways, I thanked them as well for recognizing the qualities in Cole that would enable him to do well in the business.
I myself had doubts about the business, but I am finding that the people who are actually in it are just wonderful. All of the mothers on the set care about their children as much as I do, and they don't push them into anything. We just want our kids to have fun, and if they can earn some money, great! Cole's late st print job was so much fun for him! It was for a catalog, and he got to wear pajamas, like he was having a slumber party with tow other boys.. they threw popcorn around, ate some if it, and just laughed and laughed while the photographer clicked away. Cole and I both had a great time, and everyone was so professional and helpful. The two other jobs that he did were not quite as fun, but they were still an interesting experience for both of us.
My favorite people at the school are Tracey Abbott, Scott Zanio, and Bernie Guzman. They have been very supportive and encouraging of Cole's ambitions. I did let them all know that, but if you'd like to tell them again, that's fine.
Thanks again, and I'll be in touch.
Debbie Hlava
Natalie,
My name is Tracey West. I have two children enrolled at the Performers Academy. I have watched my very shy insecure 8 year old blossom into a girl who will sing in public and charge her friends to listen to her. She has become an outgoing self-confident pre-teen. I truly believe that the teachers and environment at the Performers Academy get a lot of the credit for that. This is a low pressure, classroom, theater, playroom, atmosphere, where the kids can learn and develop their skills while having a great time and making new friends. I can't say enough about the staff here. Since they changed from JRP there are new classes and productions that weren't available under the previous contract.
Thank you Performer's Academy!!!
Tracey West
My son C.J. started attending your academy a few months ago and he LOVES it. Your teachers are great and very professional. I love that you guys are always letting us know via e-mail or phone about new classes or opportunities. I am pleased to see that CJ already got an agent and is auditioning already. Also your teachers helped CJ develop his reading skills. I am sending this e-mail to tell you that I think that you and Suzy are great and you guys are doing a super super super job with the kids and I am glad that we signed up our son I will definitely refer other people to your academy because I know that you deliver what you say and I believe you are a true hard working honest school.
God Bless You and your staff.
Chris Moore
Dear Performers Academy Staff,
I just wanted you to know that my daughter has had a very positive experience with Performer's Academy. She has learned a lot in the classes and has enjoyed every minute. Suzy Lee, in particular, has been a dream to work with - always there to answer our questions.
Regarding the Performers Academy, I think my daughter, Brooke, would LOVE to be in it. She dances and sings and is 11 years old. The only thing is - she's at a camp for gifted writers in Massachusetts until August 7 th . I hope you'll consider her when she returns.
Yours,
Leigh Billingsley
Dear Performer's Academy,
We were grateful that you took over and offered my girls the opportunity to continue after JRP left us without a warning or explanation. We are from San Diego and drive over an hour to attend classes. I was pleased with the changes that occurred and my children enjoyed the class experience more after Performers Academy took over. We thank you for honoring the contract we had with JRP and making it possible for us to continue. Thank you from the Jordan family:
Chelsey (McIntyre), Ciera and Caitlin, Sincerely, Barbara Jordan
Dear Natalie:
Both of our daughters were enrolled by your school last summer. Our oldest (14) has totally enjoyed her classes and has been fortunate enough to have roles in two plays you have produced. What great opportunities for her! Our youngest (5) thoroughly enjoyed her Pee Wee TV & Commercial class and still recites commercials all the time, motivated to practice on her own! We look forward to seeing her continued progress under your staff's instruction. They have both benefited from auditioning for the productions you bring to our area. Thank you for providing these great experiences -- and great experience -- for our children.
Mark Espenschied Aliso Viejo
I like the enthusiasm that the coaches and teachers have and that they have had experience in the industry. They try to give each child feedback, specifically directed to them.
Jennifer Howe
Natalie,
My son Joe Trimmer had a VERY positive experience in his class. He LOVES acting and has had lead roles in his school play for the last 3 years. He will be 12 years old in August and is starting middle school. I would like to get him plugged back in with all of you for his next classes.
Elisa Trimmer
Dear Performers Academy,
I just wanted to take some time and express my feelings regarding the program at The Performer's Academy. I am very pleased with all of the teachers. They are all very professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and caring. I really appreciate the way that they take the time to send evaluation reports letting us know how we are doing. These evaluation reports help us to see our progress and strong/weak points.
I feel very special whenever your staff calls to let me know what is currently going on regarding classes and teachers. It shows that you care about my time, energy, and money that means a lot to me.
I like the way that the school is flexible regarding the classes that I prefer to take.
This all makes me feel that I am a part of The Performers Academy family.
Thanks again for everything that you guys do for us.
Sincerely,
Fatima Talebi
Dear Performer's Academy,
Well, I guess it all started when we heard the advertisement on the radio for scouting talent by the Performer's Academy. While hesitant at first due to the long drive and it being my husband's birthday, we drove the hour and a half to wait with at least a hundred other hopefuls. Now being completely new at all this, I rushed out and got my daughter's hair done at Fantastic Sam's and dressed her in the cutest, most expensive outfit I could find.
What we found there and heard during Natalie's introduction was quite enlightening. I realized that I didn't have a clue how this all worked and that I had spent way too much money on her outfit and hair. After being given a number to call back the next day at a specific time and a commercial for my daughter to memorize, we went home tired and dazed to say the least. I did my duty and called at exactly the time that was allotted. They wanted to see her again that day. Well, I figured we would be sitting with maybe 50 hopefuls this time. I was extremely proud that my little darling had made the first cut. Imagine that!! Now here we are almost 20 weeks later and driving the hour and a half twice a week for my daughter to attend Bernie's commercial and improv classes and to learn how to walk down the runway, with Helen trying to teach my eager five-year-old the "I'm-the-it" stance. I knew that my daughter was a ham, but what a great time she had. Even after two hours, she was pumped up and ready for more if asked. Only God knows where this will lead. I must admit, however, that, as we begin this journey that my daughter has chosen, it is comforting to know that we are lucky enough to have the attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and family oriented staff at Performer's Academy as our guide. So, if your child has that special "it" or if somebody says that your child should act or if your child tells you more than once daily that he or she is going to be a star, I would highly recommend that you call the Performer's Academy. When walking into the den of show business, it is truly an asset to have the right support system to guide you through. My family will survive this trek to stardom with my daughter one way or another, and we will do so with the help of everybody at the Performer's Academy.
Sincerely,
Gina Osborne Mother of Mackenzee Osborne
